2. My Assistant - User can able to submit an enquiry, check the Mahindra Truck & bus Product information and also check the FAQ's using this personalised chatbot assistance feature.
3. Spare Parts - Mahindra Key Account Customers can order their Vehicle Spare Parts online with the M2All Marketplace feature.
4. My Fleet - Mahindra Key Account Customers can access the below features in My Fleet:
a. Expense Calendar: Mahindra Key Account Customers can Track their Vehicle Expenses with Expense Calendar feature.
b. Vehicle Detail: Mahindra Key Account Customers can view their vehicle details using this option.
c. Vehicle Ledger: Mahindra Key Account Customers can update their vehicle documents (eg: Insurance) detail where they would be notified for document renewal based on the end date.
d. Label: Mahindra Key Account Customers can able to group the vehicle using this option and filter the same in my fleet list.
5. Services - Mahindra Key Account Customers can access the below features in Service:
a. AMC Rack Rates: Mahindra Key Account Customers would able to check the Mahindra Truck & Bus division AMC Rack Rates by Year, Kilometer and Application using this feature.
b. Virtual Service Manager: Mahindra Key Account Customers would to schedule and track their service appointment using this feature.
c. Warranty Policy: Mahindra Key Account Customers would able to check the Mahindra Truck & Bus division Warranty by vehicle type & model using this feature.
