Keeps freezing

It used to perform ok. But now it’s completely worthless. Can’t get into my kids account to manage their game time.

Not working properly

Our children recently received laptops to use primarily for homeschooling, and we set them up with their own Microsoft accounts and the family safety app. We thought it would be great to use the “only allowed websites” feature to build a whitelist for their homeschooling needs. The first few days it worked fine. They would click a link in their curriculum, I would get a notification to allow or deny, I would allow it, and the website would open on their computer and they could move on. Now, though, nothing happens after I allow the website from my phone. So they’re stuck and can’t do what they need on their computers (rendering the useless) and we’re stuck searching for other options when this should have worked. It has the potential to be really great if it would just work like it’s supposed to.
