App is okay, support team is untrained
Support team and staff is untrained, on call support they don’t know how to greet, how to close the call and how to guide properly and have informal behavior

Needs upgrade and improvements
Unable to do multiple conversations at a single tome. No live NAV and other rates. Funds details and its policies not clearly mentioned. Profit loss filter should be there to check daily, weekly, monthly basis. Many other features missing. Also please remove Al Meezan apps which are outdated and not in use, causing confusion which is the actual app!
