Great for HVAC!
I started with Housecall Pro when I started my AC company in Mesa AZ. After the first year I thankfully found Business Genie. I now pay about a third of the price for the same modules I was using on Housecall Pro. Some of my customers prefer messaging through the app versus my cell, which helps others to cover if needed. I try to keep my overhead low, so the auto appointment reminders are extremely helpful as it’s once less thing I have to confirm, and the customer will contact me if they need to reschedule. The backend of the account is very straightforward and even made switching my card processing to Chase about three easy steps. I think a service company, like landscaping or pool service, that has a predetermined schedule and bills monthly would fit very well with Business Genie! The ability to send estimates, convert to a scheduled job, and then collect payment is seamless. I actually had my employee complain after using BG for 6 months, and then had to use Housecall Pro for a week. He told me he couldn’t wait to get back to Business Genie because Housecall was over complicated and frustrating when he was the roof. If you’re tired of Housecall Pro making your day overly complicated, switch over and save yourself the headache of overpriced software.
