What a joke of an app. The interface is horrible and it asks you update even when you have the same version and goes into this loop. Hallesche - please spend some money to hire competent developers to work on a new app

Not a serious effort
Constantly getting "loading failed" on a stable fast internet line on my ipad. Nonintuitive UI. Still getting all documents also by physical mail which just indicates that this digital effort is more an alibi than a future-oriented core strategy.
