Commande annulée sans solution acceptable
J’ai passé commande d’une tenue pour une occasion spéciale, mais The Bradery a annulé ma commande pour une “erreur de stock” après confirmation, sans proposer de geste commercial adapté. Ils se sont contentés d’offrir la livraison gratuite sur une prochaine commande, une réponse dérisoire face au désagrément causé. Le service client a ignoré mes demandes de compensation équitable, montrant un manque total de considération pour leurs clients. Je ne recommande pas cette marque si vous recherchez fiabilité et professionnalisme.
