Metro does not care
I’ve been using Metro everyday for over 6 years and have submitted countless reports and not once have they every taken action. Good luck not dying or getting assaulted. Hope they get sued.

911 button doesn’t work
Pressing the button to call 911 actually dials +91 1 which doesn’t work for contacting emergency services.
