TRU-SCD is an application specifically designed to help patients with sickle cell disease track their pain level over time while also recording passively biometric information made available from an AppleWatch or other health band saving biometric information accessible with user permission through the Apple HealthKit framework.TRU-SCD could be prescribed by a hematologist to help monitor a patient's progress with a new or existing therapy.
