LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY- find a better option to purchase train tickets in Thailand
LACK OF ACCOUTNABILITY. I recently reached out with feedback regarding the complaint below and the developers chose to deflect instead of doing anything to solve the problems in their app. Do not use this app, do not download, buy tickets at the station. It is an aggravating app, poorly designed and over charges you for insurance. Just don’t do it.
