Easy ordering, customizable
The app is easy to navigate and offers lots of customizable options on each dish. I even learned of options I didn’t know I had when ordering at the restaurant! I’d like to see them add the option to select “easy” or “no cheese” options on dishes, but I am able to add it to their special instructions. There are still some typos, which normally don’t matter, but when the typo is something like “with breast meat” instead of “with breakfast meat” it could cause a problem. Their food is fantastic and consistently good quality! I normally prefer to call to talk to a person but I’ll continue to use the app to see what options I have.

It’s a good app when it bothers to work
Anytime the app works, it’s great. But 99% of the time it doesn’t. It says there is something wrong with the card (there isn’t) and then if I try to submit an order after I type in my card again, it won’t allow me because “you just submitted an order”. How does that make any sense? My order wasn’t accepted because of my card, so the order was not submitted. This app needs MAJOR work.
