Service great, web/app UX awful
The service is great and has allowed us to afford emergency services that were too expensive HOWEVER: the app and corresponding website are awful. While simple enough, certain features don’t work correctly. I added new payment info but it added it two extra times as “different “ forms of payment, and despite having added them, I’m unable to remove an old expiring payment form (completely with message saying i need an alt form of payment). Additionally, while I believe I’m being charged an extra amount unnecessarily for an old completed loan, when I attempt to pay the balance (something like $16 carried over?) the pay button does nothing. What are users supposed to do?

Can’t get approved
They wouldn’t approve me and also wouldn’t give me a reason why. I have a full time job and I make regular payments on other credit cards, but that wasn’t good enough for these people. Probably just as well, I’ve heard they lock you in and it’s almost impossible to get out of debt with them.

Scratch Pay Helped w/Sick Dog
The vet accepted this plan and allowed me to choose a six month option where I could pay it off early and be charged no interest. I can just tell you I’m grateful to have had the loan preapproved for a certain amount of money that I knew I could go up to, which I did not need all of. My vet was very conscientious and fair and did not overcharge me, just because I had the approval amount. I’m grateful to have had this option and so far it’s going well. I don’t anticipate any problems paying this off on time (early for no interest) and would use it again at this point, if needed and as long as it were an option. I’ll update my review if any kinks, but so far it helped me to make sure that my dog, who was very sick, got the care that he needed, and even in an end of life situation, we were able to do everything we could to try to save him and have a peaceful passing in the end (16 great years with our beloved dog) with our trusted vet when that was the only responsible option left.

Plaid issue
I was told to delete and reinstall current version to fix the plaid link issue and it still isn’t working. I can’t link another account via the app and plaid.
