About Foot Drop Rehab

XFT-2001 Foot Drop System adopts advanced MEMS sensor technology and intelligent algorithms, precisely controlling the time and duration of electrical stimulation by tracking the swing angle and pace of patient's leg. XFT-2001 delivers electrical pulses to the common peroneal nerve as well as the tibialis anterior and other muscles to make the movement dorsiflexion and eversion. Those mild electrical pulses stimulate patient's leg muscle, making them lift the foot at an appropriate phase while walking and therefore enabling patient to walk more steadily, naturally and safely.

Don’t like this new update

Machine is fine. Works just as usual. Bbuuuuut… the new update took away the silence option. Please put that option back on. It’s bad enough when people notice me, I don’t want to bring attention to myself to those who haven’t seen me yet. Now that it beeps whenever I take a step, it’s like asking for people to look at me.

IRL FES user

Please make watch app

This app is an improvement over others for connecting with an FES device. However, for real life (not the clinic) it would be much easier to use as a watch app. The Walkaide 2 is very easy to accidentally bump and change the settings and then hard to reset if wearing pants, so an app helps reset it more easily but the Bluetooth drains the battery if only using the app. So again, better than previous apps but would be much much easier to use on a watch.
