Camera connects but won’t load the video screen. It did last year when it was new now it’s worthless

Camera no longer will connect

What happened?

Nice little helmet cam. Nice video and clear audio. Originally I was able to download my videos to the Apple photo album where I could access them to edit and share videos. Now the whole thing is worthless as this app only downloads from the helmet cam with no options at all except to delete the video.

Worthless, can not connect to the camera using this app

the first time i used it out wield great, now i can't connect, even though it says connected, it never loads. Worthless
