1WIREmobile is a SIP softclient that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desk top. It brings features of the 1Wire platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. With 1WIREmobile, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. 1WIREmobile grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.

Incredible Customer Service but the App Itself Needs Major Work

I really want to love 1wire, especially because their customer service team is phenomenal. Every time I reach out, they are kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, they are the reason I have not completely lost my mind using this app. Unfortunately, the application itself has been a consistent source of frustration. I have experienced repeated issues, including missing text messages, duplicated or incomplete texts, contact names disappearing, and multiple message threads being created instead of combining into one. These are not minor bugs. They directly impact my ability to communicate clearly and professionally. While I deeply appreciate how often and how well the support team shows up, I honestly wish I did not need to contact them so frequently. It feels like the core problems are related to something unstable on the backend rather than anything on the user end. My employer contracts with 1wire, so I do not have the option to switch platforms. If I did, I would seriously consider it unless some big improvements are made. To summarize, customer service gets an A plus, but the functionality of the app needs serious attention. I am hoping for improvements soon.

Incredibly Glitchy on Apple

My coworkers on Android Devices say the mobile app is much better but I have tried to mobile app a few times and it drops calls like no one’s business. I also have no idea when notifications will come through or not.
