Every profile is reviewed by the membership committee before being accepted. Prospective members can download the app and submit an application. Once submitted, applications are placed on a waitlist and are reviewed by the membership committee. An applicant’s status can change from “waitlisted” to “accepted” at any time. We prioritize detailed, polished profiles with classy photos that reflect effort and profiles that align with our community standards. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and profiles that don’t meet our criteria will not be approved.

All members can chat with their matches for free and also send a limited number of Direct Messages per day. Members can choose to subscribe to Deluxe or VIP to enable more features. Subscription options include 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary by country, and are subject to change without notice.
Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your Apple Account settings. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Subscriptions are tied to only one BlackGentry account and cannot be used by multiple accounts.

This may not be an app wise issue but rather a structural issue. My profile was very, very weird - but I was very open minded and sent countless likes and thoughtful messages. I am considered attractive/of value and posted good photos and was specific - eg: I did everything right. The response rate I got was 1 convo that was quickly ghosted. The dudes and girls are high quality, I - nor anyone - should have a problem finding someone, regardless of “weirdness” - which is by itself subjective. TL;DR: I’m an interesting, and good dude man. Not a lot of love shown to interesting dudes /gals these days. This isn’t “incel” talk - this is the reality of dating. App was phenomenal though.

Love the app. Lots of classy women
Tried the app after seeing ads on TikTok and so far it’s going well. I had three dates already and am hopeful I will meet the one. The app has a lot of quality people and I love the Professionals page. Love the app so far and think it’s the best for the community
