Cobalt Companion is a support tool for individuals on a low-cobalt diet. A food journal lets you track your daily cobalt intake. You can browse though the food groups to see which foods are the lowest or highest in cobalt, and you can search for a particular food and drill down into its data to understand how its cobalt content varies. The data is a compilation of many sources, including national food studies and scientific journal articles. The average values can be weighted to your location so that the samples most geographically relevant to you are given priority. No internet connection is required.
Note: A low-cobalt diet is not for weight loss. It is intended for use by individuals with a diagnosed cobalt allergy.
