1) Test easy
Just place your mobile phone on the BWA ON and stand on it, then it will be automatically connected through Bluetooth.

[Troubleshoot Bluetooth Connection Problems]
1. Please check Bluetooth is turned on in your mobile phone.
2. Go to Settings > Application(App Information) > BWA > Permissions > Switch on the location
3. Please try it after removing mobile phone case.
4. Connection may take up to 10 seconds or longer depending on the surrounding conditions.
5. Please step down from the footplate and wait until BWA ON is off. Then launch the BWA App and try it again.
6. If the connection still doesn't work, please contact customer service center.
