Great update!! The Daily audios to help you easily learn a little at a time about the science of nutrition and true optimal wellness are a complete game changer!!! Love the focus on whole health!!

Good idea, but Cumbersome

I really wish this were a little more intuitive and flowed better. And what would make a HUGE difference is if the allowable foods and their nutritional data were already programmed into the app, with an option to also add items not listed. I am doing double entries, using a different app, then trying to move between the two to input the information into the HP app. I can’t believe y’all didn’t consider including this as a baseline. I hate using it and it takes away the convenience I expected by being able to use an app rather than carry the log and manual around.
