About PacePlay: Run, Walk, Bike
SURPRISE PICKUPS AND PRESET INTERVALS
PacePlay comes with 2 modes, providing flexibility for every athlete to create the workout they want. PRESET INTERVALS lets you set the desired time for pick ups (faster pace) and slow downs (steady pace). SURPRISE PICKUPS lets you set maximum and minimum times for pickups, and the app takes care of the rest.
GPS & PACE TRACKING
The app keeps track of your distance and pace throughout the workout. And at the end of the workout, you can see your overall pace as well as your pace during the faster pick ups.
AUDIO CUES & MUSIC COMPATABILITY
Want to keep your phone in a pocket or an armband? PacePlay comes with audio cues (in addition to visual cues) throughout every workout. Plus you can listen to your favorite playlist at the same time!

Great app, very easy to use
This is a great app for doing interval training. It allows for setting warm up and cool down, setting interval times, and workout length. Easy to use and easy to learn. The voice prompts work great as well. Couple minor things I wish it would have: 1. Remembering the last workout. Once workout complete if I want to run again I have to enter everything all again; it defaults back to original. 2. Setting intervals. I’d prefer to set interval times and total intervals and for app to calculate workout time. Instead I have to put in workout time and app calculates total intervals. 3. 3,2,1 countdown at end of interval. It does give a 15 second warning which is nice. Overall great app, definitely worth using!

The best app for interval runs!
This app is AWESOME for doing interval runs… especially if you don’t have easy access to a track. Really great way to structure the workout—just set the parameters and let the app do the work!
