Had keropok for Sungkai
the service is so so so bad im serious. its almost 9 and i havent got my food which i ordered at 5PM. i feel bullied cos my family and I didnt have a proper meal for sungkai. its so frustrating. this app doesnt deserve a star but i had to, to submit this review. pls just order from Hey Domo. theyre faster and responsive. thanks

Slow app and slower customer response
This app is incredibly slow and suffers from constant crashing and compatibility issues with new phone software. My attempt to cancel an order after the app crashed was a failure. The customer service hotline was unresponsive and unhelpful, eventually just sending an "order on the way" update, ignoring my cancellation request. The service is too slow to handle real-time problems. I cannot recommend this app until both the performance and the customer support process are drastically improved.
