Aiming to assess the impact of construction-induced vibration and noise, V&N enables vibration and noise monitoring concerning multiple indices and limit states, including but not limited to acceleration and velocity in time and frequency domains, peak particle velocity (PPV), root-mean-square velocity in 1/3 octave band, equivalent and A-weighted noise level.
Besides noise and vibration indices, V&N is featured by diversified functions which cannot be provided by traditional portable monitoring devices (e.g., seismographs and geophones), such as recording GPS information, adding photo/text remarks, sending or sharing measurement data and results through email, uploading data to the cloud, and so on.
In addition, V&N creates an interactive circumstance by grouping registered users of the same construction project, so that users within one group can easily check and share measurement results.
