Scoper v2

Scoper has been designed by the MA Group to support a range of users from property surveyors, builders, homeowners, disaster management and restoration specialists to policyholders.

It enables the capture of video, photos, audio and the use of voice to text functionality that guide the different users through specific sets of questions developed to meet their specific needs.

All captured data is securely synced back to our customer management systems, enabling detailed reports to be produced that can then be reviewed by our service teams. The ability to submit clear and detailed information directly back into the relevant customer record saves time and costs, whilst supporting improved accuracy, timeliness and the overall quality of reports.
