The mission of Yoga Republic is teaching in the spirit of the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga tought by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. The method is based on the combination of asanas (yoga poses) in a precisely arranged sequences that are performed in harmony with the energizing and purifying Ujjayi breath.
We offer classes for beginners such as Beginners class (introductory basics of yoga), Regeneration (gentle classes) and Happy Spine classes (to help get rid of the pain and stiffness of the spine), for the intermediate or advanced we offer Ashtanga classes. A unique form of Mysore classes (individual practice guided by the teacher) is suitable for both beginners and advanced.
