AllConnect Field Support provides registered users with essential service information. It is the one place to easily access and manage information needed for daily service activities in the field.
This includes retrieving, searching and storing relevant sets of information as well as communicating feedback to back level functions within Diebold Nixdorf. Information can be stored for later or offline use.
The app has offline capabilities that allow for continuous use regardless of internet connectivity.
Note that this application is only available for Diebold Nixdorf registered users.
Previously this app was known as the DN Managed Services app and only linked with eServices-Connect. Today this is enriched with the new capabilities under the umbrella of AllConnect Field Support.
Functionality of the app is elevated when used in combination with a Diebold Nixdorf Incident Management system and AllConnect Data Engine.
