Great low rates
So far, so good with Helcim - app and card processing “block” are both easy to use and have had zero issues so far. Their rates are way better than what I had been used to and that’s definitely a win as I’m a small business and every dollar counts. Only two issues (small ones) are: 1) it takes a bit longer to see funds deposited than what I was used to; and, 2) when using the processing “block” (as I like to call it) there isn’t an option to tip a specific dollar amount - only % options. That has ended up costing me in some cases.

Other Reviews are Right
They approved our account, we checked customers out for about 3,000$ and then they they come back later and say they are not a good fit and our closing our account, not even a warning or anything. We process 1 million a year so good job on missing out. And instead of giving us our money they refund the customers. Now we have to hope they will pay us back for the stuff they already received
