Problem Solved!
I see everyone is having problems connecting to their Wi-Fi or scanning the barcode to the camera and after trying multiple ways, I found that connecting it to my hotspot through my phone it fixed the issue and the camera works perfectly!!

Does Not Work
I’m trying to connect my Tooge camera. When it gets to the scan QR code the camera won’t recognize/see the code. I cannot use my camera!

I installed the new app and it would not let me connect the camera to the app. So, the camera is useless.

Great camera
We have these camera for several years now, 2 hap see mate and 1 hap see, they’re all great, no service required, just connect it to your Wi-Fi and it works great, it works for watching and you can record if you want only you can’t go back to any time unless you pay for the subscription. It’s great for keeping an eye on your pet, senior citizen and babies. Thank goodness for these cameras

It is total junk. Sorry that I wasted my money and my entire day trying to connect. Keep getting a message “verification code overdue”. What does that mean? In the trash it goes. Maybe start making cameras in the USA.
