Does not work a majority of the time
Only works for 3/15 lockers at my station. They clearly available, but app cannot load them, cannot connect by ID lookup, cannot connect by QR code. I imagine this is the fault of the app (so I will be getting a physical card). Customer service never picked up

Biked Locked Inside
First time using bikelink. When trying to end my session to retrieve my bike, an error message appeared saying to contact customer support. Customer support was unable to assist in opening the locker so I was told to wait for a technician to call me. After waiting around, I called customer support back and they told me that the technician would likely not even call me today. So I had to uber home and leave my bike in the locker hoping that the technician calls me back.
