This refractive surgery calculator was created to facilitate the pre-operative evaluation for Lasik, SMILE and PRK, based on widely accepted practices from current medical literature.

The results of this calculation should be used as adjuvant in judging the indication or contraindication of refractive surgery, always correlating with the clinical evaluation, which is paramount.

After providing basic information of the refractive surgery candidate, such as intended flap and optical zone, it informs refraction after nomogram application, central ablation, maximal ablation, residual stromal bed, PTA, PSTA, mitomicyn time, fina KT, LERS, among others.
