Elegant and simple, just what I needed
I've wanted to track my finances for years, but I never did because the applications were too complicated, over-designed, and too pushy and directive. Toble is perfect for me.

Great concept, too limited
I really wanted to like this tool and I think the overall concept does fill a gap. But the features needed to use it consistently are not there yet: (1) Need ability to send the list as text to share (i.e. to email, chat, or the clipboard). Current functions allow export to a .toble or .csv format. (2) want ability to do basic calculation within a row to determine the value for that row (basically calculator features on user entry at minimum; or best have the calculation be visible and editable in the future. For example, I want a row to be 10% of $2000, I want to enter 2000*0.10 Later I may decide that $2000 should actually be 2500. I would like to just change the calculation. (3) an option to see the percentage of total each row contributes. This is especially useful when doing tasks like budgeting which are often based on percentages instead of fixed values (4) the ability to set a total amount and specify the percent of total for each row to see the corresponding amount. Sometimes simple apps are best, but I already have other calculation apps that provide more functionality. Kudos to the developers for supporting the app. I hope to see it expanded in the near future.
