Why do you hate it
Buses not showing up on screen
I usually ride routes 16 and 24 but none of the buses appear on the app anymore for those routes I use and I have to hope it shows up at the time the schedule says

It’s nice to have. Many problems though
I’ve been using this app for the last 4 months. The real time is always a hit or miss. I would ride route 12 and it would never show up on the app. They have service emergency reminders and they never mention when this route is late. I feel like I should get a service reminder when a bus will be more than ten minutes late. Another thing is I just don’t find this app user friendly at all.
