It will let you know which exercises to do on which day, how much weight you need to lift for how many sets and reps and how much you need to lift.

This app is like a strength and muscle building coach in your pocket. It will let you know which exercises to do on which day, how much weight you need to lift for how many sets and reps and how much you need to lift.

Integration with HealthKit: The app uses HealthKit to read the body-weight so that you don't have to manually enter it. This is done when a new workout is opened and not in the screen from the last tab. And once the workout is completed, the app syncs the workout, body-weight, and the estimated calories burned.

Great app and customer service

I’ve used it for 6 months, it makes the work out simple with its calculations and timer. I switched phones and had troubles, I emailed customer service and they were able to fix it

Great app for any kind of strength training

I have been using this app fire several months now and love it! I started using it for SS, and then switched over to my own 4 day a week program. It works great for both. Love the plate calculator. I just recently switched from Android to iOS, and exporting my program from the Android app too iOS could not have been easier. Thanks for the excellent work! Dev is also very responsive.
