Patients can use it for booking appointments with doctors and can pay service bills online using this App. EMR visit history can also be viewed like Lab Reports, Prescriptions, Discharge Summary etc.

Very useful app, but need to be updated

The app is very useful to track appointments for multiple patients. I use it extensively for managing appointments for my parents and also to check on lab/radiology reports, medicine prescriptions, etc. Recently the app has stopped working in iOS 26 devices. Tried to reinstall the app, and the UI won’t even allow to sign in. KIMS IT team should look into this issue as soon as possible. Likewise, if the UI can be improved to properly display lab reports, etc., that will be great.
