Pathetic Experience
Paid ₹1500 for an online consultation. Doctor had me waiting for 1:30 post my consultation time. Pathetic customer service. Don’t waste your time or money booking an appointment via this app.

Dr didn’t read the uploaded report
My mom had multiple myeloma and I needed a 2nd opinion. I uploaded the reports before the consult - the dr didn’t even read them - and prescribed the same tests that I had uploaded after the consult. And, within minutes of the video consult I get a call from max to schedule the tests with them. Money making machine ... no ethics ... don’t waste your time with them if you are looking for an opinion. Not to mention the app is glitchy and the appoint never happened on time.
