It takes 2 minutes to unlock
I hate that Florence only uses this company and not Lime. It took two minutes to unlock while they were charging me. It never unlocked. It then took me two minutes to lock it again and take a picture and they charged me. It's a really unreliable service. It's really hard to lock or unlock this bike. Lime is much better.

they will charge you retroactively for “incorrect parking” even though i use it to go to and from the same place every day and they seem to just randomly choose to fine me on some days vs not. no recourse. ends up unknowingly costing hundreds of dollars and they make it hard for you to even find out what’s been charged.
