Exercise and play at home
We want to help you exercise while you play, so you can feel better at home.
They can play all the people they want, each doing an exercise, in consecutive and cyclical order.
How to play:
1. An exercise will be carried out, if for some reason that exercise could not be performed by the person who touches you by force majeure, you can move on to another, but you will always have to perform an exercise.
When you are clear on how to do the exercise, tap the OK button.
2. Roll the dice and do the reps based on the amount drawn.
If you don't remember what the exercise was like, touch your eye to see again.
3. When the test is complete, touch the next button for the next person to do the new exercise, and repeat the previous steps.
