• Pick an item from a restaurant, and place an order
• The restaurant accepts the order
• You track the progress via the app
• For a collection order you pick the order once it is ready for pick up
• For a delivery order, a Tap a Meal driver will collect the order and deliver to you anywhere in Windhoek (Namibia)

This must be the worst delivery service ever!
Year in and out this guys just shows how incompetent their services are! They are always late with lots of excuses. You literally get your food very late and cold and by than you don’t even want it. They never change!!! I mean with this heat you meant even get food poisoning, with the food setting in the back of their bikes. Worst service in Namibia.
