Lead by Strength and Conditioning Specialist and fellow artist Amanda Jane of Train with Amanda Jane, these workouts are designed to help you build strength, prevent injury, gain power, and maintain routines that will prepare you to perform at the highest capacity, professionally and personally.

This app will guide you along with what fitness and nutrition programs are optimal base on the current demands of your career.
Programs are available for when you're currently performing in a show, just coming off of a contract, in audition season and even during the off-season.
