Extremely unprofessional
I’ve been using the app for two years. Out of nowhere access to audio material is gone. It now populates with my eBooks instead. Customer support offers no solutions besides, 1) making me prove I’m not crazy and, 2) telling me to try signing in & out and uninstall/reinstall. After this, they ghosted me. This is extremely unprofessional. Next steps is to report it to my school so that they can address it.
