I don’t like the new update
Before, the app was usable and I really loved it! It loaded really quickly and I loved reviewing the products. Now there is a new update and it’s just ok. I hate that when I click the events button to see what products I have to review for the day, it lags and loads for several minutes before loading. I feel like the update was unnecessary and causes a lot of issues for the user. If there is any way please fix the unnecessary wait!

Not really reading the review and just keeps on asking for revision
I have been resubmitting my reviews for multiple times. Like I can’t even count how many times anymore. And yes I follow the instructions from the email, to the app, and to the revision requested. But whoever is asking for revisions doesn’t seem to review nor read nor watch the video submitted. Everything that’s being asked is there. The brands name, the products name, the ingredients, the benefits, and my thoughts of the product. Everything is on the review and they just kept on asking for revisions. Like what else should I change when everything is already there? Maybe someone had to review thoroughly. Or maybe just make a template if that’s what you need. I knew lots of creators have been complaining about this. Didn’t happen to me until now. And I’ve been on this app for years now. Whoever checks the review needs to check thoroughly, and make a thorough feedback through email. This might be my last time to apply/review product from them again. It’s been a waste of time so far and not even worth it.
