Good but if payment fails, incomplete subscriptions remain
Good app but why not cater for payment failing? After trying to purchase flex ticket (which can only be done in the app), and supplements for De Lijn and Stib, the payment failed as I left the app to authorise the payment. Now my purchases screen is filled with incomplete subscriptions which I have not way of removing. And I can’t try to buy the supplements again as it tells me I already have existing subscriptions.

The worst train service in Europe
Vending machines and app services out of service, no way to purchase tickets. Then they charged extra 9 euro on board
