This application is comprised of four (4) categories of content:
Category one will explain and prepare participants for thematic training courses. Some structural causes include stress management, conscious emotional regulation, healthier sleep recommendations, prevention of addiction and additional topics encompassing mindfulness training.
The second category will be dedicated to basic practices of mindfulness. This learning category will include guided Body Scan, Breathing Meditation, Mountain Meditation, Lake Meditation, Sitting Meditation, Mindful Yoga, Mindful Eating, Mindful Walking, Mindful Listening, Breathing Space, Observing Thoughts, Choiceless Awareness Meditation, Raisin Practices etc.
The corresponding third category will focus on the application of mindfulness through the use of mental tools. These will include stress management devices, interpersonal communication aids, parent-child education, self-management tools, emotional stability apparatuses, acceptance mechanisms, aids that promote mindful action, thinking aids etc.
Finally, the fourth category will comprise of self-administrative testing. The self-testing will include questionnaire awareness, sound awareness, facial expression detection and awareness, physiological index monitoring to assess individual emotional, physical and mental states that includes stress awareness. There is a likelihood that indicators may need to be equipped with additional sensors to properly measure feedback.
