PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Plan your individual activities in the diary so that the app can automatically calculate your energy balance. A variety of workouts / exercise videos are available to you as well as all imaginable sports and everyday activities. Or you simply enter your own activity with photo / video and description for automatic calculation.

NUTRITION
If you log your food intake your energy balance will be calculated continuously. You can either search for specific foods or recipes, or you can simply upload a photo of your meal, define the portion and everything will be calculated.

VITALS
You can enter a variety of vital data (including blood values), which will help you track your progress based on hard facts. Graphs outline the trendline of your entered vital dates.
INTEGRATION OF EXTERNAL TRACKER DEVICES

Once you receive invitation from your coach, you get automatically connected. The coach can follow your plan, can make entries in your plan and communicate directly with you through the “Coaching" area and the chat. The highest possible coaching efficiency for you and your coach.
