The app barely works
I am not one to write negative reviews, but this app is a disaster. I love Michael’s stuff, I love his workouts, I have followed him on Instagram for a long time. I finally paid for the subscription for the app and was excited to get his workouts. Immediately I noticed I could not stream any of the videos I had to download them. OK, not that big of a deal. But then after about 4 weeks of having the app I all of the sudden could no longer download the videos. Every time I try to download them it tells me there’s an error and to contact the support center. So now I can’t download the videos or stream them. I still try to make my way through his workouts from what’s written down but I constantly have to YouTube the moves that he’s putting in his work out for the day. I paid over $100 for this app and it doesn’t work. I went to the help section to see if I could get help and when you click on the help button it says that it’s under construction. I put in a ticket through the app company to see if they could help me and have not heard back from them for weeks. Super disappointed.
