We provide you with Customer Service 24/7 through the InnoLas Solutions Service Desk. To contact us, you simply open a new ticket for your request in a few steps. You can request the shipment of parts or report technical problems. Upgrades, service calls and other after-sales services can be requested through the ticket system as well.
Here’s how: Use the app to open a new service ticket in the ticket system. Describe your request, add photos for documentation and specify a contact person. You can track the processing status of your ticket at any time in the app.

Use the EqCloud (Equipment Cloud) to monitor the status of your systems. Through the equipment filter, the app provides a clear overview of all InnoLas Solutions systems you have in operation. When you open the detailed view for a system, a menu is displayed that lets you view the following details:
System characteristics:
o System availability
o Uptime and capacity utilisation
o Process parameters
o Throughput
Current faults:
- Fault status including historic data
- Fault severity
System statistics:
- System master data
- Manuals and documents for installation, service schedules etc.
To access the EqCloud, the system has to be connected to the cloud. This is required to transfer data that can be accessed and viewed using the app. In case of a fault, connecting your system to the EqCloud guarantees a short response time thanks to push messages, avoiding extended downtime and ensuring productivity.
