Track your Field Service Engineers while they are working out in the field. The engineers are only tracked against a configured schedule entered in the application e.g. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. If required, the engineer has the option to override the scheduler and stop/start tracking their device immediately. The GPS data is transmitted to the backend servers so the engineer's next customer can be contacted with an estimated time of arrival. A customer will be sms'd/emailed a link giving them the approximate location of the engineer and their estimated time of arrival.
