TerraConfig(legacy)

TerraConfig is a practical and efficient app for qualified electricians or engineers to commission, configure and maintain the ABB Terra AC wall box.
The app is exclusively designed for ABB Terra AC wall box. It provides the wall box with an extended set of digital features and is required to safely configure the charger.
To use the TerraConfig app a dedicated account is needed. If you don’t have an account yet, reach out to your local ABB representative to have them setup an account for you.

Main features include:
Configuration: Commission and configure a Terra AC wall box via Bluetooth. You can configure a network gateway (WiFi, LAN and 4G on selected models) to connect the charger to the internet.
Safety: To create a safe and reliable charging experience for the user of the charger, use TerraConfig to adjust its maximum charging power, load balance thresholds and other electrical features to match the upstream installation and to comply with local regulations.
Synchronize: Sync and upload the configuration of the Terra AC wall box to the ABB backend.
Firmware Update: TerraConfig makes updating the firmware of the Terra AC wall box simple and fast. Download the firmware update once and upload it to multiple Terra AC wall boxes if needed.

Terra AC is ABB latest wall box for AC charging electric vehicles with up to 22kW. The wall box comes with extended networking and connectivity features as standard and is accompanied by two smartphone applications and web portals.
