The New Owners/ Managers Really Care About Giving Their Customers What They Want
So previously I downloaded this app because I thought it was a super cool idea to be able to rent out things I don’t use as often but may have spent a pretty penny on so I had a hard time throwing them out. It was also awesome that you could post things for sale if you were ready to let them go. Then I realized that the target audience of the users was nowhere near me in Los Angeles California so since I could only use this app to rent and sell locally, I disappointedly stopped using this app. Next, I personally received a phone call from Stephen who informed me that the website was purchased by a new owner and he is in charge of the growth and operations of the west coast of the USA. That was exciting to hear because that meant that they actually care about expanding their market in my local area so I can actually use this service. Stephen kept in touch with me to keep me updated on when they would have an iPhone app, never forgot about things I really wanted incorporated such as I was disappointed when he told me the selling feature was removed… He just told me today that the mobile app is not only ready but the selling feature is available. During our first phone conversation, he even showed me the improvements that occurred on the website which looks great but I personally was a lot more enthusiastic about using this again as of right now because he just texted me telling me that I can use the iPhone app and sell or rent out my stuff on here. I truly hope more local users begin to use this and that the people who left unnecessary negative comments on here realize that they’re wrong about this app and site not having any support. That’s probably the old owners but not the current ones!

No rentals anywhere
There is nothing to rent across the entire earth. I’m a little skeptical, so I went to check website, but website is ungodly. Wish there was a company that worked
