Can’t top up without wifi connection
I thought it was just my phone at first, but at least three people I know have the same problem where the app only works when connected with wifi, even if we have good cell service and data etc. When it works it’s easy and functional but if I’m out of money on my card and need to charge it at the bus stop or something there’s literally no way to do that. Please fix this.

Nothing but errors, can’t even make an account
Tried multiple times over the course of the day to make an account. Nothing but a useless “an error has occurred” each time. To top it off, there is no web version of the app to add money to your snapper card, so I’m running around Wellington like a fool trying to find a physical location to add money. Extremely frustrating. If you told me the car industry is sabotaging this app so I couldn’t take transit I’d believe you after the time I’ve had trying to ride it.
