Sucks
Barely operational on any given day. Freezes. Channels I pay for and see on my tv don’t show up in app, then they do. Fioptics is so expensive per month and ever increasing and they can’t even throw together a simple apple so I can watch tv in my bedroom on my iPad? I don’t need a bunch of features- just actual functionality. I’m so disgusted.

More bugs than ever.
The “Are you watching “ mess constantly coming up, sometimes less than one minute apart. Only way to continue watching a show is to exit the software and restart. Locks up and shuts down often.
