This app is virtually worthless if you must make any modifications to your reservations. I had to spend hours texting back and forth to update my profile. And then again to re-reserve the same seats I had already reserved (which were lost during the many deletions and reinstalls of the app to try to get it to work - which it never did. Someone had to manually intervene).
